MYLead wouldn’t be MYLead, without the year-round time commitment these volunteers make planning conferences!
The planning team brings the heat when it comes to masterminding all of the details that go into planning our core program offerings. They do it all, from recruiting and managing other volunteers, to laying out program schedules and booking speakers, to managing all of the little logistical details that it takes to pull it off.
Multiple teams come together to form the greater “Planning Team” that makes it all happen. Keep scrolling to see what each team focuses on throughout the year.
Applications are currently open for our 2026 volunteer positions!
